You can use this form to cancel the contract you concluded with Sing a Blessing (Connect Minds GmbH). So that we can match it clearly, we need your email address and your order number. You can find the order number on the confirmation page right after your purchase and in your order confirmation email. If the contract was concluded less than fourteen days ago, we will cancel your order immediately and refund the amount you already paid.
Good to know: your fourteen-day right to cancel remains fully intact, even if we have already started creating your song or have already delivered the finished song to you. If you cancel within the deadline, we will refund the full amount. You can find the details in our cancellation policy.
